Record numbers of university acceptances in Scotland
Date published: 05 August 2010UCAS has now processed all SQA Highers and Advanced Highers results and as of midnight, a record 20,651 Scottish applicants were accepted into a Scottish university or college, compared to like-for-like UCAS figures of 19,944 on Highers results day last year (an increase of 3.5%).
